welcome

I’m glad you found your way here.

ABOUT

Hi there! I’m Lindsay Moore. Align Counseling & Wellness is my private practice therapy center located in St. Joseph, Illinois that offers counseling and psychotherapy services both in-person and virtually (for IL residents).

Chances are you’re here because something in your life is feeling a bit bigger than you can handle, right now. TAKE A DEEP BREATH. You’ve come to the right place!

During your time at Align, we will work together to establish a safe space where you can express yourself authentically & freely, be heard, become empowered to take an active role in your healing, and learn how to journey through this adventure we call life.

Within a safe and therapeutic environment, there will be sessions of direct and honest dialogue that encourage creative self-expression, positive emotional and behavioral change and breaking down internal barriers.

Using an eclectic approach to therapy- I promote the practice of self-care, self-explorations, increased self-awareness and healing.

We do not have to be perfect,

just engaged and committed to

aligning values and action.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
